We began our adventure as So Cold Shaved Ice in 2011. We participate in various Portland farmers' markets and still provide the most amazing treat on those warm Summer days. We have been featured at Willamette Week's Best of Portland Parties, EatMobile 2012 (as Portland's premier shaved ice vendor), and on Thrillist.com in anticipation of the biggest Pool Party and Summer Snowball Fight in Portland history! Our Mobile-Solar ingenuity then brought us recognition at the OMSI-sponsored Portland Makers Faire 2012. We now participate in weddings, street fairs, block parties, private parties, and large-scale music festivals.
